Due to cosmetic product regulations enforced by bodies like the FDA (U.S.), CPNP (EU), and ECOCERT, our shipping availability is limited to regions that comply with these standards.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on the delivery destination and chosen shipping method.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, we may charge for re-shipping.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the delivery service provider.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

At CATHÁM, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Conditions for Return

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (except if the item is defective).
Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

Non-Returnable Items

Products where the unopened packaging or unused condition cannot be verified by Catham Beauty OÜ (for example, items without foil or protective seal around the cap).
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products received more than 14 days ago.
Items returned without prior notification via email.

How to Request a Return

Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions within 5 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees), if the return is approved.

13. WHOLESALE TERMS

Eligibility:

Minimum Order Quantity:
Wholesale orders must meet a minimum quantity or purchase amount as specified by Catham Beauty OÜ. Orders that do not meet these minimums may be rejected or converted to retail pricing. The minimum order quantity is negotiable upon prior agreement with Catham Beauty OÜ.

Pricing and Discounts:
Wholesale pricing is offered exclusively to approved wholesale customers and is not available to retail consumers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts or special pricing will be communicated individually and may require a signed agreement.
