At CATHÁM, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Conditions for Return

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (except if the item is defective).

• Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products where the unopened packaging or unused condition cannot be verified by Catham Beauty OÜ (for example, items without foil or protective seal around the cap).

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

• Products received more than 14 days ago.

• Items returned without prior notification via email.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@catham.eu with the following:

• Your full name and order number

• The reason for the return

Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions within 5 working days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees), if the return is approved.
