We currently ship only to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Please note that the cosmetics industry is regulated by various organizations such as the FDA (United States), CPNP (European Union), and ECOCERT, among others. These regulations influence where we can ship our products.

Fulfillment Time

Fulfillment time refers to how long it takes for your order to be prepared before shipping. This varies based on the quantity of products ordered:

• 1 - 10 products: 2 full working days

• 11 - 100 products: 7 full working days – Larger orders require additional time for quality checks, secure packaging, and coordination with our logistics team to ensure accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations.

• 100+ products: 12 full working days

• 1000+ products: 30-60 full working days

Once the order is fulfilled, shipping times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are based on weight rather than unit count, ensuring fair and accurate pricing for your orders. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your purchase.
